It was founded by a young entrepreneur who has worked at many IT companies and felt that they were lacking a personal feel for their customers. He believed that any IT Company can service computers, but most of them do not tailor their services specifically for the customer, thus making the customer choose from the services available. He started this company with a simple vision: to providing affordable IT Support custom tailored to each individual customer with honesty and a friendly smile.
